Kulula - SHOCKING service and money grabbers in times of crisis!

We have been trying to call the call centre for over a month, the phone just rings for 30mins and we get cut off! I have filled a form on the contact us page and I receive an error.

I am a reasonable person and understand business are working differently and from home, however, this is the most appalling customer service I have EVER received!

We booked flights to JHB from CPT which were cancelled due to the first Covid lockdown. We were months/ a year later credited with money into a travel wallet. The wedding that we were traveling to JHB for has been cancelled. Money is tight and will we are asking for is full cash refund or at the very least extend the expiry date as we not in a position to have additional money to travel! Covid didn't just hit the airlines!

Discovery should pull Kulula as a partner!
