Kulula - Shocking cancellation policy

Absolutely shocking service from Kulula. I booked a flight several months ago from Durban to Cape Town for my boyfriend and I. The flight is over a month away and I can no longer make the trip due to starting a new job but they refuse to do any sort of refund and the cost to change the dates of the flight are more than what it would cost to book an entirely new ticket. Surely making R4000 off people who have given lots of notice when they should be able to fill the seats anyway is just *******.

The answers you get is just that this is 'policy'.

I will never fly kulula again!
