Kulula shame on you

My Cellini suitcase was damaged on arrival at O.R Tambo from Cape Town (25 April 2016 flight mn 0102). Kulula baggage staff were sulllen and totally indifferent; not so much as an apology, only parotting the company policy "indemnity, indemnity, indemnity, claim from your insurance". Thapelo, a so-called supervisor, claimed not to see any damage!!! Mr Clive van den Berg, higher up the chain, had the good grace to acknowledge the damage, photographed the damaged case, and undertook to follow up and e-mail me developments. To date this has not happened and contact on the Kulula.com website has failed to elicit any response. Kulula clearly is only interested in the bottom line. I for one will no longer be flying with them. Incidentally, there was a party of Chinese tourists who had a similar experience on the same flight and they were treated in the same off-hand, dismissive manner. It did little for South Africa's image. I doubt they'll be back, or if so, choose to fly Kulula.

PATHETIC!!! A run-around, ignoring the real issue, abdicating responsibility, throwing the ball back into my court.
