Kulula service is the worst

Hi I sent a complaint to Kulula via email 10 days ago and it has not been attended to. No reply, nothing! When i call Comair head office the lady is asking me for details i already put on the email. The service is appalling. We are always late for meetings due to flights not being on time and nobody bothers to contact us back even when we have a complaint. The flight attendants don't even makes jokes anymore. The whole business is going down. All i want is my money bac****
