Kulula service a disgrace. Dont deserve support

Another really bad experience I had the same issue a few months ago There is no improvement in #Kulula call center service. Held on for 46 min just to be cut off ! I battled for 2 days to check in as there was an issue on the app ! Frequent issues with their app crashing Arrived at the airport 2 hrs ahead of time as to check in . Had to wait in an hour queue with a Qjump ticket Service is just a disgrace. Kulula do not deserve to be supported. Rather choose alternate option like Safair as at least they provide service through their call center and their flights are mostly ontime
