Kulula Seat blunder

Paid 08/01/2022 for a Flight to George. Today 12/04/2022 while checking in my paid seats were given to other passengers. My Wife and i not even sitting close to each other!!! Phoned call centre. They say its in their policy that they can change seats however they want. This is pure bad bad service
