Kulula scheme with business class flights

<p>I have recently looked for flights from durban to Johannesburg with return for the month of november, today 08-11-2016 I was browsing flights on Kulula.com when I've seen flights for R475 on a Friday 18th to Durban to Johannesburg and R475 on Friday 25th Johannesburg to durban I was about to book but decided to brows. Ive then seen a business flight which cost R685 and thought it will be nice to fly business class it was shocking that it was so cheap so I booked a return on as business class after making payment. I've noticed at the end it came up with aconomy. I've got proof that the flights was R685 on business so I screen grabbed it. I phoned he kulula help line they seen it and it appears to show business R685. Then they tell me that kulula does not have business flights. Y did they have business class on they site in the first place that was a scheme and i will demand a refund because they are robbing other ppl by adding on business class when people could have just booked a normal cheap flight at a low rate.the call centre never helped at all. All they wanted to do was charge me extra. My flight details are NIKPZZ. chetty is my name </p>
