I have been trying for more than a year to get credit for flights that KULULA cancelled. and they are negating on the refunds of flights which they cancelled. Please be careful, they are *************, you can not contact them they don't call back, and you spend an hour (60 minutes) holding to be "assisted' by staff that can barely speak English.
