Kulula *****s over their customers who get sick

<p>I was meant to fly to CT tomorrow but have taken ill with flu. I thought there is no point in going there to spend the weekend in bed anyway, so calmly tried to postpone my flight to a later date. They want to charge me R2600 to do this!!! This is highway *******!! I am then told I either need to die or get booked into hospital to get a refund.</p> <p>I will NEVER fly Kulula again out of principal. They've got their terms and conditions, and so do I ... NEVER again, and I may not be the most frequent flyer, but out of principal they will never see me again. </p> <p>So they will sell my tickets to someone else today, and make no loss, and they want to charge me more to swop the tickets than what two new tickets would've cost.</p> <p>SHAME on you Kulula, I really hope your MD gets deathly ill one day and also has to cancel a flight.</p>
