I booked and paid for a return ticket on line leaving Lanseria on Monday 21 st March returning on the 26th . Due to various reasons I missed the flight on the 21st and rebooked a new flight on the 22 nd .Assuming the return leg was valid <br> To my horror on 26th and I tried to book in at King Shasa , I was informed that the return leg had been cancelled and I had to purchase a new ticket at R1100 and there was no refund for the flight they cancelled <br> On printing there terms and condition I note that the policy is in pale yellow print <br> <br> THIS IS NOT TREATING THE CONSUMER FAIRLY <br>
