Kulula refusing legitimate Refund!

I bought a return ticket (nr. ***) from Cape Town International to O R Tambo and back on 7 January and 15 January for my daughter from Oxford in England.

In December 2020, the UK decided to suspend all travel to and from South Africa, which means of course that my daughter can't get here to use the ticket. All other airlines have refunded flights when cancelled because of circumstances beyond our control.

Not Kulula! They don't even answer email correspondence and when we eventually spoke to a voice at their call centre, we were told that they are not interested in refunding us.

If this is how they want to run a business, this will be the last time we will use Kulula.
