Kulula refund policy

Be very careful when using this airline, besides their outstanding record for not being ontime. Look out for the small print a ticket i bought on the 9th April 2019 for use on the 30th August 2019 R1652,47 and have no use for is not refundable. So they keep my payment and resell the seat, has to be something wrong with this if you are cancelling more than 3 months before the event.
