Kulula QJUMP - False advertising

I booked a flight to George (Flight 909) on 14 September and a flight back to Jhb () on 16 September. I paid EXTRA for the QJUMP on both flights. You are then able to skip the que and your bag is supposed to come out first. I did not receive the services I paid for! Not only did I have to ask for and insist upon the services, I waited about 30mins for my bag at Jhb. QJUMP is money wasted and false advertising.
