KULULA PUTS CHILDREN AT RISK

You have changed my child's ticket due to your OVERBOOKING. You standed a child in the airport. You claim to have cancelled the ticket but I had to pay an additional R400 for a ÇHANGE' of ticket which can only happen if there is a VALID ticket. NOTHING to CHANGE. You have behaved in a completely disgusting manner and have put a child's life in danger.
