Kulula preying on victims of typing errors

I booked a flight for my dad this morning. I accidentally put my name on the booking, but used my dad's other details. After receiving proof of payment and the booking reference I immediately called them to tell them about the error. They responded that it was against kulula policy to change the passenger name and that the flight was nonrefundable. I paid them for a return flight that cannot be used by anyone.
