Kulula poor systems TB woas

Travel bank pillar to post. I have been in contact with several agents and everytime there has been confusion of my travel bank. I have received confirmation emails that there is a balance but when I try to book there is a 0 balance. I have phoned and they confirm this is a mistake but I have yet to have it resolved.
