Kulula - poor seat allocation system! :( :( :(

I have been on the phone for an hour and NO ONE at kulula is picking up the phone!

I paid for a return ticket and booked and paid for seats. Then I changed the return-half of the ticket and suddenly the going-half of the ticket no longer allows me the seat that I paid for! what is going on with Kulula and seats - you pay for them and then you don't get the seat you paid for?!! :(

This is NOT the first time! I have previously paid extra for a seat and ended up on a seat that I had not paid for! :(

Kulula, this is unacceptable, FIX THIS!!

And please get your people to ANSWER THE PHONE!!!
