kulula personel not helpfull

we were 1 minute late at bording gate because of a hold up at security gates. for one minute we were told we are late and the gates are closed. our suitcases have already been offloaded. they did not even call us over intercom. we know because we was standing in que since 6am and gates opened 5:55. flight scheduled for 6:25. we were at the boarding gate 6:16. now I had to pay extra R2400 to get a new flight
