Kulula package deals disaster

I have booked a weekend away and been trying to cancel for more than a month. Call centre never answers. Eventually after a month got through, just to be informed that a hotel booking can not be amended via call centre. Got email address and still no responses. The date to get full refund has gone by now due to the fact that I can’t get hold of them. Totally disgusted in their lack of communication, bad call centre and overall service. I can’t even get hold of the lodge where booking is made. Does this even exist, is there a booking.... and I want a refund, but can’t get any feedback from them.
