Kulula overbooked and **** about it

TERRIBLE. I booked a flight for the long weekend and received a call that the flight has been grounded only to find out later it was overbooked and the airline **** to me. I booked another flight with another airline after I asked for a refund and then had to phone several times for the refund only for the phone to be put down. I booked the ticket well in advance and then was **** to and was only offered a flight 9 hours later which would have arrived only after 11PM in Johannesburg. I had to book a more expensive ticket as well to get home in time for my appointment.
