Kulula online booking failure

I made a hotel booking online via Kulula.com for Auberge Hollandaise Guesthouse by Misty Blue Hotel. The booking was approved and the money deducted from my bank account. When I went to the hotel to sleep, the hotel was close - no longer operational. You try and buzz the gate, no one is there to open. Even the following day when we went to the hotel, it was still closed. I then proceeded to look for alternative accommodation that evening. I have thus far not succeeded in getting a refund from Kulula. My finances are in a bad shape as a result. This is terrible service from Kulula.
