KULULA offers thoroughly poor Service & is always LATE ON FRIDAYS DO NOT USE!

I will not recommend Kulula for any passenger especially on Fridays. They delayed our Flight from 20:50 Friday the 8th of March 2019, and guess what? We left the following day (9th of March 2019) Saturday, that time I arrived at my holiday destination tired because of waiting for so long at the airport (so I literally had to cancel my Saturday plans because of their incompetency). Whilst at the airport I asked one of the security guards if that was a norm for Kulula and he definitely confirmed that Kulula does that almost all the time on Fridays because they tend to book more passengers even though they have limited flights to attend to all of them according to the times booked hence the delay. We were told, there is some technical issues with our flight. Kulula is THOROUGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED especially on FRIDAYS, they OPERATE like TAXI industry without RESPECTING CONSUMERS TIME. DO NOT USE THEM PERIOD especially on FRIDAYS. Rather pay more on other flights and arrive on time to your destination. It is a nonsensical flight company this one. PITY there is no NEGATIVE RATING, They deserve negative rating not even a one. They promised us some compensation for this mistake and to no surprised that never happened
