Kulula not performing

Kulula is not serious about refunding me for the flight that I already paid for, for 21 July 2021, when all its flights were cancelled. Calling the Kulula number is fruitless. The computer voice starts not at the beginning of a sentence, which leaves one guessing. Then you end up hearing that “your call is important to us”, only to wait for more than 10 minutes before ending the call. On their website there is no area where one can enquire about how to go about to rebook your cancelled flight. When choosing the option on their site under “Submit your query or feedback”, you type in your query and when you submit it, you get an error message about some “Runtime error”.
