Kulula not answering their phones

I have been trying to get hold of Kulula to book flight assistance for a flight on Saturday 23 October. Once the automated message has played and you have pressed the necessary buttons, nobody answers the phone. I have tried numerous times and had the phone ringing for as long as 15 minutes. I have also sent an email but responses can apparently take up to 48 hours.
