KULULA - NO REFUND

I am one of those trying to get a refund for a booking I made at 11.30am on the day Kulula was grounded. They had the audactity to take my money for the booking knowing full well they were about to be grounded. We had to urgently make another plans and booked with FlySafair, an amazing airline. I have sent emails every two weeks, as well as commented on their facebook page, but have yet to receive an email back and all i get is the generic reply on Facebook. DONT EVER FLY WITH KULULA. #paybackmymoney I dont want a coupon as I will never fly with them. I want our money back plus interest.
