Kulula no comprehension for customer service

at the airport four of us were traveling. With only three bags. Total kgs of 50kgs. We still had 10kgs to pack! Unfortunately our one bag weighed 22kgs and after being told that Kulula doesn't combine weight we pleaded to the logic of zakhele the very rude and unhelpful so called manager. while you may have alleged rules Kulula you need to have a big of logic. Forcing us to unwrap our bag and lose the r70 for wrapping just to move 2kgs from one bag to another is enough to make me never want to fly Kulula again. This is exactly what will happen now. Me and my big fat Greek family of 7 will never fly Kulula again and please feel free to check the quality of client and the amount of sales you will be losing.
