Kulula nightmare

I booked a British airways flight with Kulula.com Monday 26th. Money was deducted from my account and I was given a reference number. Fast forward to the following day, I'm at the airport trying to check in and they tell me that's my ticket booking never went through although money was deducted from my account for the amount of the ticket

I was sent to ticket sales and we contact my bank and the bank says everything went through on their side but British Airways say they did not reciev the money so my money is hanging somewhere in mid air. The lady at ticket sales told me that my money would automatically be returned mto my account by midnight or the following day and even called accounts who took my number to get details for a refund but never called me. I had to book a whole new ticket that day and way delayed for 4hours at the airport because they said I couldn't board my original flight because I "didn't pay" for the flight, I even showed them the bank message deducting the money and my reference number they said said there's nothing that can be done at that stage.

I still have not even received a single call to update on what happened or when my refund will happen.

This is such poor service and I will never ever book a flight with Kulula again. I have never had such difficulty with an airline before refusing to give me back MY hard earned money.
