Kulula - never on time
Once again on a kuluala flight and delayed, this time close to an hour due to fueling issues. What a **** airline, always and excuse to be late. And if you 1min late their arrogant staff will ensure you dont get on that flight, waste of an airline

25 May 2015, 10:42Hello kamruddin,
Thanks for taking the time to get in touch with us. I am sorry to hear about the problems encountered regarding whilst travelling with us.
All our flights close 30 minutes prior and the boarding close 10mins prior because all the figures that needs to be finalized (weight and balance ) before the air craft is due to take off. We may not re-open a flight once it has been closed and this cause's irregularities in the figures and the paperwork takes longer to finalise and also takes longer to get the aircraft. All figures and settings influence the flight for take-off and landing.
Most delays are not within our control but we are working very hard to improve on the delays that are within our control. We are sure that you will understand that our primary and utmost concern is for the safety of our customers and crew. We do understand the incredible inconvenience that lengthy delays may cause our customers however, it cannot be guaranteed due to the nature of this industry.
Thank you for allowing us the opportunity of a response and apologise for the frustration caused.
Kind regards,
Thuli
