Kulula Negligence equates to theft

Kulula took my carry on luggage from me at the aeroplane gate at OR tambo. I specifically didnt want to check it in and didnt lock my bag.

On arrival in Cape Town my bag was not waiting on the runway but instead found it on the carousel with my electronics missing.

After being passed on call to call operator dor 2 days, they finally file the case with no response for another 3 days.

From which I get told to fill more documents and go through more procedures at my own expense and time.

I am now told they will reimburse my electronics based on weight at 20USD per kilo. R10 000 of electronics = 4 USD.

Completely appaled at the lack of accountability, sloppy responses, victim blaming and the corporate hot potato game they are playing to make this whole process painful, slow and ultimately amount to zero action from another large corporate.
