Kulula moving people on flights without consent

Kulula moved my flight to British Airways without informing me. This was a later flight than my original flight, and the flight was delayed by an hour. On top of this I had extra luggage booked which kulula didn't move over to my new flight so I had to pay more for extra luggage. I logged a complaint with their customer relations team. I had to then follow up with them again. They told me the refund for the old bag at kulula will take 8 weeks. Absolute shocking service.
