Kulula moving flights around and refusing refunds

Please be aware and try and avoid booking Kulula flights.

They are moving flight times around without checking with passengers as well as giving a run around for a refund or moving to another flight.

I booked a flight for the 22nd and 24th of January. They moved both flights 2 hours up. They are not advising that they are unable to move me to later flights as only BA is flying late. Also saying a refund would take 6 - 8 weeks to do.

This is unacceptable as other airlines including mango are still operating later flights but now Kulula is tying my money up in a flight they can no longer provide.

This airline is taken their chances with passangers however they forget the losses they made when they were grounded. If passangers stop flying with them who will pay them to fly.
