Kulula Moolah not being credited to Travel Bank account

I have a Kulula credit card, the purchases on which I have been receiving Kulula Moolah for many years now. According to my account statement on the Kulula Travel Bank website, I stopped receiving Kulula Moolah suddenly in the middle of last year, despite the fact that every Kulula credit card statement since then has said I have earned Kulula Moolah.

I have queried this with Kulula and have as yet received no reply from them. Also the Kulula online banking site appears now to be no longer available. What is going on , Kulula?
