Kulula Monsters

Missed my departure flight with Kulula. Without as much as a phone call they automatically cancelled my return flight. So here I was with my family trying to board only to be told I dont have a ticket. I had to send my breastfed baby and 7yo son on that flight alone with their dad... how can they be so cruel and heartless. I then couldnt book another flight on that same flight because they said its to late boarding is closing. I then had to book another flight that cost me 3****! Seriously ridiculous. I want my money back !
