kulula makes extra money by forcing you to buy another ticket .

I Checked in online the night before my flight ,but when i went to get a boarding pass they told me that i didn't check in unfortunately my phone was flat so i could not show the boarding pass that i have on my phone

the guy insisted that i am not checked in , then he sent me to the kulula ticket sales counter, when i get there there was queue ,by the time i got to the cashier it was 6:15 AM , she then told me that my flight is boarding and i will have to take the next one , i had to pay an extra R671 , plus i was late for a very important business meeting which made me lose out on a deal of a life time. .

.Kulula has disappointed me this time around , if this is how you make money , i wish you all a bright future . . . . but i will not fly kulula untill i get a refund , and i will spread the news as much as i can
