Kulula made me cancel my weekend

I bought a ticket for a flight at 13h30 on the 3rd of September 2021. At 09h07 I received a message stating that the flight has changed to depart at 11h00, which was later again changed to 11h35. THIS WAS ABSURD!!!! I was in back-to-back meetings at work till 11h30.

I had to cancel my ENTIRE weekend thanks to Kulula. I logged a complaint on their website, and they have still not come back to me. I have been trying to phone them since when I got the message, and I am not able to get thru. What the heck? Now I will be expected to pay a penalty to rebook the ticket!!! This is not the service I would expect of a company of this calibre.
