Kulula Lanseria Rude Clerk

Obviously Kulula endorses rude behavior from their employees. I got no reply on my letter. The irony is that after the terrible experience from the Clerk that the flight was delayed with 2 hours as well. Kulula will surely not get any bookings from me again. #BelindaJoubert
