Kulula keeps my money after THEY cancel flight

My flight was cancelled in July with Level 4 lockdown I was assured I would be able to use the credit on my next flight. I have not received a voucher or a discount code. I want to book a flight for next week but no one answers at the call centre and no one responds to emails Is Kulula staying in business because they are *****ing our money from cancelled flights?

I want my money back for my flight that was cancelled in July!!! Where do I get this done?
