Kulula keeping clients in the dark

On Friday, 15 June, flight MN901 was boarding 30 mins late. No announcement was made to inform the clients. Not an announcement, not on the monitors, not by personnel.

When I took it up with the airport staff at the gate, they completely ignored me. Pretended I wasn’t there.

This 30 mins I will never in mu life get back spending time with my family, and Kulula think it’s fine. Just operatational reasons.
