Kulula is useless!

Kulula airways is useless and have *********** staff with an I don't care attitude. I booked 2 wheelchairs for my aging parents who cannot walk long distances or climb stairs unaided. I phoned and confirmed the wheelchairs in advance as per their process and yet when they checked in at OR Tambo airport they were told that they were no wheelchairs available! Will never fly with Kulula again!
