Kulula is useless!

Booked a flight for 7 September (wife and 3 year old kid included) from Lanseria to Durban. Flight delayed by 2 hours. No sympathy whatsoever from Kulula. They are a complete waste of an airline. Pre booked seats (which i duly paid for) only to have the seat numbers changed by Kulula. Useless staff, useless airline......
