Kulula is trying to make up for lost time with our money - KULULA *******

I am soooo disapointed by Kulula. I booked a flight at 13:28 which was departing JHB at 15:35 when I try to check in at 13:30 the flight is now delayed. I had a 17:00 meeting in Durban and they are telling me if I cancel the flight I will forfoeit the money but WHOSE fault is it?
