Kulula is the worst airline ever!

Kulula is the worst airline ever! Flew from Johannesburg to Cape Town early this morning. They left the luggage in Johannesburg. They promised to courier my bags but still havnt. All of my belongings are in those bags and I can not get a hold of them!!! What to do???
