Kulula is the worst

The worst customer service I've ever experienced. Taafiq and Rafeeda they said they were Supervisors in charge today for the flight 05:55 from CT to Lanseria, I was in the queue from 05:10 and she said she was calling people for check in but we didn't see her. This Rafeeda couldn't assist me to board the flight even though I was on time. the only thing she kept saying was that I was up to her to get me on the flight on not. She later wanted to call security on me unless I go to the Ticket sales and try and get on the next flight, the time was still 05:30 and people that checked in online were still checking in their bags. These two individuals are the worst to deal with.
