I have never ever in my life sat at an airport for 7 hours and all they say is flight delayed.

It is Christmas eve and we cannot be with our families. No communication was sent out, their staff have no empathy or sympathy about this matter.

They giving stories regarding compensation for this and refunds!

This is pathetic. Its not the first time this is happening.

We have people waiting at cape Town airport who have now parked for 3 hours already!

If they not damaging your bags they never on time.

I will never ever use this airline and i hope that discovery vitality changes their reward partners because spending Christmas eve in an airport with staff who cant even make provision is beyond poor customer service
