Kulula is a JOKE!

Kulula is the worst airline that ever! I have been trying to get hold of the call center since Tuesday this week to change my flight but with no success. After MANY attempts and holding on for more then 15min every time, I can’t move my flight at all!!! This is bogus!!! You can’t make any changes on your flight on their website and the call center is a mess!! What the hell?? I wonder if they will phone me this morning to ask if I’m still attending the flight….
