Kulula is a bunch of ********

I suppose to fly to George on 06.11 and come back on 08.11 with kulula. So my meeting was canceled. I called kulula on the 5.11 to cancel my booking and I've been told that my tickets are not refundable but I have 6 months period when I can change my flight with surcharges of around R 400 per ticket and i must do so earlier than 2 hours before the departure . So i checked my dairy and find out that i have to go to Durban in January. On the 5.11 in conversation with kulula employees ive been told that I can re route my ticket as well. So i called kulula on 6.11 at 11.54 am which was 3 hours before the departure. I've been told that my changes to my ticket would cost around R 1700 and I am going to loose completely money i have paid to kulula for trip to George. I have paid R 1943.93 for my ticket for George and price for tickets to Durban and back was only R 900. So employees of kulula told me it's a kulula policy. If i want to change my flight i have to pay in around R 1700 which in total comes to R3600. I told her that she can use my 1943.93 and she told me it's already deducted from the price . How is that possible? When flight costs R 909 but kulula charges me R 3600 in total. I have been very frequent flying customer with kulula. Now i don't want to ever deal with kulula It's a bunch of ********. You can't withhold money and not willing to refund or rebook my flight. Never again I will book kulula flights. I am also going to report this to discovery which is partner with kulula. Its a **** and discovery insurance users must be aware of it.
