Kulula i need my ticket or refund

I bought a ticket frm kulula march last year for April same year.little dd i know i wont b able to use dat ticket bcz of lockdown.so wen i was claiming the ticket ds year using same Ref no MN0190 was given on my ticket,they telling me stories dat thy no longer using that ref i must gv them ticket number.of whch now i no longer have the ticket bt i made sure i keep the smses they were sending throughout the year reminding me to re-book all the msgs has MN0190 as ref,the one thy telling me thy no longer using dat thy cant trace my ticket.
