KULULA - HOW UNHELPFUL YOU CAN BE!!!! DISGUSTING
My boss from my previous company had booked a ticket with Kulula for my conference for the 1st to the 4th March 2015. Unfortunately I had resigned after he had booked my flight. He called Kulula to change the name on the flight and apparently its their \policy and procedure"not to change a name on the ticket. Due to this"

Name corrections are free but name changes are not allowed. If one needs to make a name correction, you’ll have to call our Contact Centre on 0861 KULULA (585852) for assistance. We will permit name corrections in the following instances:
- Spelling changes/spelling error corrections
- Changes to last name due to marriage/divorce (Proof must be supp****)
- Changes to prefixes (Mr. à Dr.)
- Changes to suffixes (add MSTR)
- Swapping last name and first name around
