kulula hotel vitality call centre sucks

i booked hotel via kulula vitality for the coming weekend, now i want to make changes and i have been holding on for more than 2 hours, thy first picked it up and the lady was soo clueless and decided to drop my call and now im ob hold for more than two hours,, the service sucks,,,
