Kulula Holidays - Chanelle Mashini not worthy of being in the service industry

I booked a holiday via Kulula Holidays to Mauritius in good faith, i got a confirmation and request for my passports. The cost R42358,00. This was for flights and accomodation. One would think if you paying R2500 per night for a room it would be decent. a friend mentioned this hotel is infested with roaches, there are rats and in a very poor state. The pictures on the Kulula website is not at all how the hotel looks. I am dealing with a lady called Chanelle Mashinini. I requested by mail we keep our flights and make a change to a new hotel where I pay the difference in. I am unable to call her, when trying to call the Kulula line *** one holds on for 20 minutes then the call gets cut, this happens over and over. I eventually got hold of a lady called Portia who at least tried to help me. Please do not book a holiday with Kulula Holidays. Their service is pathetic to say the least. Once they have your money you literally mean nothing.
